Before Chiropractic, I completed a Kinesiology degree specializing in sports performance giving me unique knowledge to help rehabilitate injuries and assist with performance goals. After completing my Kinesiology degree I spent 6 months in a physical therapy office assisting with rehabilitation programs for many different types of injuries and post-surgical cases.

I’ve also completed additional coursework giving me specialized knowledge to help pregnant people prepare their body for birth and postpartum using specific exercises, stretches, and breathing techniques.
